Customer Fulfilment Executive – Europe

THE ROLE

Specialist Sports are seeking a committed and capable Customer Fulfilment Executive – Europe who will assist with fulfilment of forward and daily sales orders to wholesale trade accounts & sponsored athletes throughout Europe. The role will demand:

• Handling commercial enquiries to ensure market leading customer service levels through a pro-active approach to problem solving and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Liaison with internal and third party Operations teams which are based in Southampton and Rotterdam respectively. Ensure customer demand is effectively and efficiently managed with frequent and clear communication, informing and enabling internal resource planning and managing customer expectations through timely and detailed communication
• Supporting the requirements of teamwear customers, maximising sales by ensuring on-time and complete dispatch of goods along with management of day to day customer enquires
• Assistance with the administration requirements of teamwear supplied to clubs through Specialist Sports ‘club shop’ portal, ensuring accurate set up and fulfilment in line with agreed service levels
• Assistance with administration and fulfilment of bespoke teamwear orders through adidas Locker Room platform
• Assistance with maintenance of teamwear customer databases and contact details
• Assistance with creation of appropriate sell in tools for teamwear category and ensure Specialist Sports websites are maintained with correct products, pricing, product information and associated resources
• Handling general sales enquiries and work with Customer Fulfilment team colleagues to ensure all customers receive complete orders on required timelines
• Other ad-hoc duties as delegated from time to time by the Customer Fulfilment Manager or any other person designated in their absence

The Customer Fulfilment Executive – Europe will preferably have strong European language skills, ideally speaking both French and English with some relevant customer service experience and an enthusiastic professional approach. The role may be based remotely or at Specialist Sports, Southampton. Working hours may vary depending on the requirements of the role.

The category portfolio includes Rugby, Hockey, Cricket, Tennis, Track & Field, Olympic Sports and Teamwear featuring a range of products used by many of the world’s best athletes and grassroots enthusiasts. Specialist Sports are custodians of the adidas brand in these categories and hold Sports Marketing contracts with relevant Governing Bodies, leading clubs, and athletes.

Additionally, sister company Specialist Sports Creation holds the global license to manufacture adidas apparel, accessories, and hardgoods across a number of categories including Rugby and Cricket in support of the wider commercial strategy.
